1. Baked Codfish With Soy Sauce
Ingredients:
Codfish 200g (about 6x9cm),Onions 15g, Carrots 25g, Celery 15g, Coriander stem and root 25g, Ginger chips 15g
Seasoning:
PRB superior light soy sauce 2 tbsp, PRB mushroom soy sauce 1 tsp, PRB cooking wine 3 tbsp, salt dash.
Method:
1. Cut onions, carrots and celery into 6cm long sticks, mix with ginger chips, coriander stem and seasoning.
2. Use the above to Marinate the codfish for 2 hours.
3. Deep-fry the marinated codfish until slightly golden. Then wrap the codfish in aluminum foil and put into a preheated oven at 200℃ for about 10 minutes.

2. Pork Steak With Mixed Herbs
Ingredients:
Pork steak 200g
Seasoning:
PRB superior light soy sauce1 tbsp, PRB cooking wine 2 tsp, mixed herb 1/2 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp.
Method:
1. Cut the pork into rectangular pieces (roughly 3x4cm), marinate with the seasoning for 15 minutes.
2. Pierce the meat with a cocktail stick to ensure thorough cooking.
3. Put into a preheated oven at 200℃ for about 8 minutes until both sides are golden.

3. Seafood Salad With Lemon And Garlic
Ingredients:
Scallops 25g, Squid 25g, Prawns 50g, Fish 25g, Garlic 25g, Coriander (Cilantro) 5g, Dried green onions root 5g, Lettuce leaves 25g
Seasoning:
PRB (Golden Label) superior light soy sauce 2 tsp, lemon juice1 tbsp, PRB rice vinegar 2 tsp, salt dash, sugar dash.
Method:
1. Cut the ingredients into 1cm squares, put them in boiling water and cook until well-done, then drain thoroughly.
2. Grind the garlic, coriander, dried green onions root and seasoning, mix with the seafood and toss with the lettuce leaves.

4. Stir-Fried Chicken With Soy Sauce & Vinegar
Ingredients:
Chicken breast 250g (cubed, roughly 6x4cm)
Shredded ginger 50g, chopped spring onions (3cm) 15g
Seasoning:
PRB (Golden Label) superior light soy sauce 4 tbsp, PRB premium sweetened vinegar 2 tbsp, PRB mushroom soy sauce 1/3 tbsp
Method:
1. Heat 4 tsp oil and fry with the ginger and spring onions.
2. Add the chicken breast.
3. Add seasoning and stir-fry for 10 minutes.

5. Pan-fried Beef Steak With Bean Paste
Ingredients:
Beef steak 200g, Slice garlic 30g, Onion 15g, Ginger 10g, Celery 15g.
Seasoning:
PRB light soy sauce 3 tsp, PRB dark soy sauce 1 tsp, PRB cooking wine 2 tbsp, Oil 2 tbsp, bean paste 2 tsp, sugar 1 tsp, salt dash.
Method:
1. Marinade all the ingredients in seasonings for an hour.
2. Fry the beef steak for about 5 minutes until both side are golden.

6. Fried Duck Chest Meat With Mixed Sauce
Ingredients:
Duck chest meat 150g
Seasoning:
PRB light soy sauce 2 tbsp, PRB dark soy sauce 1 tsp, PRB cooking wine 3 tsp, Oil 2 tsp, Saltdash.
Method:
1. Marinade duck chest meat in seasonings for an hour.
2. Deep-fry duck chest meat for about 5 minutes until both sides are golden.

7. Mix-boil Spaghetti With Bacon And Assorted Vegetables
Ingredients:
Ground bacon 100g, Well done spaghetti 300g, Celery sticks 30g, Onions sticks 30g, Canned bamboo shoots sticks 30g, Water (or soup) 3 tbsp
Seasoning:
PRB light soy sauce 5 tsp. PRB dark soy sauce 1 tsp, Vegetable oil 2 tsp, Salt dash
Method:
1. Heat oil and stir-fry ground bacon, then put celery sticks, onions sticks, canned bamboo shoots sticks and stir-fry through.
2. Add well-done spaghetti and stir-fry, add some water (or soup) to cook for a while.
3. Add seasonings and mix through.

8. Stir-frying Rice With Soy Sauce and Mushroom
Ingredients:
Mushroom 50g, Well-done rice 300g, Egg mixture 100g
Seasoning:
PRB light soy sauce 2 1/2 tsp, PRB dark soy sauce 1 tsp, Oil 2 tsp, Butter 2 tsp, Salt dash
Method:
1. Heat oil and stir-fry mushroom.
2. Put in egg mixture and stir-fry until 80% cooked.
3. Add well-done rice and stir-fry to heat the rice.
4. Add seasonings and stir-fry through.

9. Seafood Soup With Fresh Vegetables
Ingredients:
Fresh shrimp 50g, Sea conch 50g, Clam 50g, Celery 10g, Shredded onion 10g, Mushroom 100g, Soup (or water) 600ml
Seasoning:
PRB light soy sauce 1 tbsp, bean paste 2 tbsp, Pepper dash, Vegetable oil 2 tsp, Salt dash
Method:
1. Heat oil and stir-fry shredded onion until fragrant, add soup (or water) and bring to boil, add seafood, mushroom and celery;
2. Boil for 6 minutes and add seasoning, serve.

10. Spareribs Cooked With Soy Sauce & Wine
Ingredients:
Spareribs 250g, Ginger 60g, Green onion stick 40g, Garlic 30g
Seasoning:
PRB light soy sauce 2 tbsp, PRB dark soy sauce 1 tsp, Brandy 3 tbspl, Salt dash, Sugar 4 tsp
Method:
1. Mix ingredients with seasoning thoroughly. Marinate for two hours;
2. Put the marinated spareribs into the preheat oven and bake at 200 degrees temperature for about 15 minutes (turn over midway twice).
