Ingredients
2 tins Eagle Coin Fried Dace With Salted Black Bean (Olive Oil)
1 avocado
½ green mango
5 cherry tomatoes
Dressing
2 limes, squeezed juice
2 tbsp white rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
Some fried golden cups
Some mint leaves
Method
1. Mash fried dace with black bean (olive oil).
2. Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes.
3. Peel the green mango and cut into small cubes.
4. Cut cherry tomatoes into small cubes.
5. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
6. Toss well with dressing.
7. Spoon into the golden cup.
8. Garnish with mint leaves.
