Pan-Fried Prawns in Sweeted Vinegar

Ingredients

8 big prawns
2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Sweetened Vinegar
1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
3 tbsp rice wine

Method

1. Devein the prawns, clean well and rub dry.
2. Mix well the sauces for later use.
3. Heat oil, pan-fry the prawns till both sides are brown.
4. Pour in sauce
5. Coat well the prawns with sauce, enhance the taste with rice wine.
6. Dish up.
7. Grate zucchini into very thin slices.
8. Slightly pan-fry them till golden brown.
9. Dish up and arrange onto a serving platter.
10. Place the prawns on top.
