 
                            Ingredients
1 piece (250g) salmon fillet
2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Sweetened Vinegar
3 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Mushroom Flavoured Superior Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Rice Vinegar
1 lemon, sliced
100g edamame 
Method
1. Clean salmon fillet and rub dry.
2. Combine the sauces and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Put in salmon fillet.
5. Brush the sauce mixture onto the salmon fillet.
6. Pan-fry till both sides are golden brown and dish up.
7. Turn off the heat, pan-fry lemon slices in the same pan till lightly brown.
8. Blanch edamame and drain well.
9. Mash edamame into paste and season with dash of salt
10. Arrange edamame and lemon onto a platter
11.
