 
                            Ingredients
2 tins Eagle Coin Fried Dace with Salted Black Bean
2 big onions
1 red chilli
50g cabbage
50g purple cabbage
½ hard-boiled salted egg 
Five colours rice
1 cup rice
30g red unbleached rice
Dash of turmeric powder, blue pea flower juice and pandan juice 
Method
1. Cut big onions into shreds.
2. Cut red chilli into shreds.
3. Pour the oil from fried dace into the pan.
4. Sauté onion till fragrant.
5. Add in red chilli and stir well.
6. Mash fried dace
7. Add fried dace with salted black bean and stir well
8. Wash the rice and drain well.
9. Divide into 5 bowls.
10. Each mix in turmeric juice, blue pea flower juice, pandan juice and water separately.
11. Steam the rice till well cooked.
12. Cut the cabbage and purple cabbage into shreds.
13.
